Order arrived quicker than expected, but I was very disappointed to find out that the chips were sodden, to the extent that I could hear the water sizzling by itself on the chips. I was told that this is to be expected from the steam during the cooking process, therefore thought to warn other customers to expect wet chips.

The food ordered was unsatisfactory. as the quantity of the food provided was far less than the price. The price as well is expensive. We ordered food for £53 approximately and the portion provided looked like serving for a child. I would not recommend my friends and family to order the food from you guys and would put out the reviews with the evidence of the unsatisfactory food.

I can also visit you today just to meet and see what you currently do? Are you in? To give you a bit of info here, whatever grill you currently use, right from the first month it is more expensive to keep switching on your current grill than to upgrade to Synergy. This is because Synergy saves you more money in energy (as well as cleaning, extraction maintenance and more) than the cost of buying and installing it. There are lots of other benefits: better food, faster cooking, more space in the kitchen, flexibility to do with one Synergy what you might currently have multiple pieces of equipment doing.
